Wat Rong Khun, or "White temple" as foreigners call it, is a contemporary, unconventional, privately owned, art exhibit in the style of a Buddhist temple in Chiang Rai Province, Northern Thailand. It is owned by Chalermchai Kositpipat, who designed, constructed, and opened it to visitors in 1997

from Thailand
Chaweng Beach on the island of Samui (Koh/Ko means island in Thai, just like Wat means temple/monastery (or any place of worship except a mosque)) - the second largest island of Thailand, after Phuket.
Chaweng beach is located on the east side of Samui and is the longest beach of the island and is the centre of all attractions regarding dining, shopping and nightlife entertainment, just like Patong Beach in Phuket.
